Easter
This past weekend my
Mema and Pa and aunt Sandra came up to my sister's place to enjoy Easter
with our family.
Mema and Pa with the great-
grand kidsJust like a big Sis...trying to steal her brother's stuff.
Kari, Brian, and
Keslyn Time for an Easter egg hunt!!!
Tye was more interested in the blue grass in the basket. no, it is not biodegradable...yes we did pick it all back up...yes, he dumped it back out again...and again.
Katelin LOVED the man dressed in the bunny costume. She kept following him around and waving "hi bunny, over here!!!"
Mema and Pa even got in the bunny spirit. They wanted to show their other great
grand kids that they got to see the bunny in person.
Pa and Tye had some great bonding time playing "patty cake" and "horsey"
Dying Easter eggs:
The
grand kids on Easter morning all ready for church.
Hope everyone enjoyed
resurrection Sunday and can put their hope in a risen Christ. Easter eggs and
bunnys are great and everything but they sure do not compare to the love displayed by Christ on the cross.
Welcome to our new blog! We thought this would be a fun way to share our pictures and lives with family and friends. Thanks for visiting. Enjoy!
Katelin celebrated her first birthday at her grandparents' house in Round Rock. We grilled hamburgers and had cake and homemade ice cream.
We went to the Grand Canyon for our vacation this year. We stayed in Sedona, Arizona. The mule ride was great fun! We suggest everyone seeing the Grand Canyon at least once in a lifetime.
Summer is definitely here! Katelin loves the pool.
