I took the kids to the library and they had a craft time to make crazy firework hats.  They were so proud of their hats.

40 years!!

Randy and Linda celebrated their 40th weeding anniversary on June 18.  Meghan, Randi-Ann and Chad invited friends from church, community and choir and had a surprise party for them at their house. 

Randi-Ann had a list of questions to answer about each other.

Jaxson

I am a creature of habit and Jaxson has caught on.  Every morning I have Spooners for breakfast.  One morning I went to get my cup out of the cabinet and I see Jaxson going to the pantry.  Soon after he comes out with the Spooners in hand saying "daddy, daddy, daddy..."  He knows me oh so well...

 Jaxson loves to help.  He has been putting his dishes in the sink since he was 18 month and just started going to grab the stool from the bathroom so he can help wash.  I love how he is standing on his tippie toes!!

 Jaxson got this dinosaur full of balls for his birthday.  The kids thought it wold be more interesting to dump the balls out and get inside.  This is Jaxson zipping Katelin inside.  He thought it was so funny.

Believe it or not, Jaxson is the fastest of our kids getting down the stairs.  He turns around on his belly, puts one leg straight and one up to help control speed and zooms down in 5 seconds flat...  He can almost climb up just as fast.

 Meg started making smoothies and Jax is the only one of our kids that likes them.  No surprise, he will eat anything.

We were watering flowers and Jax went over to the pool toys and got the water gun.  The flowers appreciated the little squirts that actually made it on the plant.

Jaxson thought Granddad's BP machine was cool.  He sat in Granddad's spot, put the cuff on himself and pushed the buttons...just like Granddad.
