Sam

Katelin fell in LOVE with Mema's dog, Sam, over spring break. Sam is a dog only a dog lover could love. He wandered into Mema's yard and she has fed him left-overs ever since. Katelin wanted so bad to bring him home, but I don't think Mema could ever part with him. Since getting home, we have been seeing things all over the house with "I love Sam" written all over.

Katelin celebrated her first birthday at her grandparents' house in Round Rock. We grilled hamburgers and had cake and homemade ice cream.

We went to the Grand Canyon for our vacation this year. We stayed in Sedona, Arizona. The mule ride was great fun! We suggest everyone seeing the Grand Canyon at least once in a lifetime.
